In August 2012, the Greek Tukish Youth Orchestra, composed of 70 young Greek and Turkish musicians and now in its fifth succesful year, performed two major concerts in Turkey, under the auspices of the Greek consulate of Izmir. The concerts took place at the fortress of Sigacik in Seferihisar and in Cesme.
The GTYO hosted two Greek brothers as solists. Timotheos Petrin at the cello and Alexandros Petrin at the violin. Maestro Orhun conducted the orchestra for the second consecutive year.

A. Dvorak: 9th Symphony “From the New World”
